Do you want to know how to record on iPhone without installing any external application, then read the post here:

1. Make a phone call after tapping on the phone app.
2. Click on the sign in the upper left corner that resembles a soundbar emoji.
3. After a three-second countdown, your call screen will display an automatic message stating, "This Call Will Be Recorded."
4. Tap the recording button to end the call recording.
5. The Notes app now allows you to view your call recordings.
